My first job was at Six Flags selling lemonade and cotton candy. My first big girl career was the Marines. Now, some call me a writer - and I kind of love it here.

I’ve lived in North Carolina and Southern California with my life partner, so I pretend I’m a little Southern and a bit of a Cali girl, but always a Midwesterner at heart.

I talk Formula 1 (Piastri did not win the championship as I predicted, but let’s talk about the 2025 season and McLaren’s race and team strategy).

If it involves vampires, I’ve probably read it or watched it.

I enjoy hoarding “what if's,” novel ideas, and observations on my notes app (scattered amongst the grocery lists and expired passwords).
