My first job was at a Six Flags lemonade stand. My first big girl career was the Marines. Now, some call me a writer - and I kind of love it here.

I’ve lived in North Carolina and Southern California with my life partner. In my delusions, I’m a little Southern and a bit of a California girl - but always a Midwesterner at heart.

If it involves vampires, I’ve probably read it or watched it.

I enjoy hoarding “what if's,” novel ideas, and observations on my notes app (scattered amongst the grocery lists and expired passwords).
